Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader in Boca Raton, FL to collaborate with the General Manager, motivate the team, and ensure guest satisfaction. This role includes early hours and weekends, with a focus on safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced bakery-cafe environment.

You will grow with the company, lead by example, and help maintain the highest standards for food and service while benefiting from flexible scheduling, paid time off after 90 days, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check where applicable.
• ServSafe Certification required prior to leadership training.
• Driver's license preferred or required at some locations.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Benefits eligibility depends on position guidelines at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Coach and provide feedback to team members as needed.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
