Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Shift Leader to join our team. You will work closely with the General Manager to motivate staff and ensure a great guest experience.

The role involves opening/closing with minimal supervision, maintaining quality and a clean store, and coaching team members to uphold our service standards. We offer a flexible schedule, paid time off after 90 days, and several benefit programs including EAP and life coaching resources.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check.
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license (preferred or required at some locations).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Empower Shift Leaders to set morale and tone and provide feedback to team members.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision; ensure food/beverage quality and a clean, safe environment.
