Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Miami Gardens is seeking a Shift Leader to join our team. You will assist the General Manager, motivate the crew, coach team members, and help open and close the store with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must possess, or be able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid state issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members; open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Opportunity to rise within the company, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders.
