Bruegger’s Bagels in Wisconsin is seeking a Shift Leader to partner with the General Manager to coach a team and deliver a great guest experience. You’ll open and close the store, help set the tone, and ensure food quality and a clean, safe environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy

• Collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Ensure the quality of the food and beverages we serve and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
