Bruegger’s Bagels in Woodbury, MN is hiring a Shift Leader to help run daily operations, coach crew, and ensure guest experiences meet our standards. This role partners with the General Manager to set the tone and keep a fast-paced, friendly environment.

You’ll work a flexible schedule with opportunities for growth, competitive pay with tips, and benefits like paid time off after 90 days, EAP, and a 401K match.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work varied hours, including early mornings.
• Pass background check as required by law.
• ServSafe certification required or able to be obtained before leadership training.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed to maintain quality.
• Help manage scheduling and balance workload during shifts.
• Support a positive, fast-paced environment and uphold brand standards.
