Bruegger’s Bagels in Madison, AL is seeking a Shift Leader to join our team. You will work with the General Manager to motivate the crew, maintain guest satisfaction, and help set the store’s morale and standards. You will open/close with minimal supervision and uphold food quality and a safe, clean environment.

We offer a flexible schedule, advancement opportunities, and a supportive team culture. Previous leadership experience is valued, with a clear path from Shift Leader to General Manager

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Empower Shift Leaders to take charge and set morale and tone of the team.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
• Grow your career; many General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members.
