Bruegger's Bagels in Woodbury, MN is seeking a Shift Leader to join our team. You will help motivate the crew, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain quality and a clean, safe store environment.

You’ll open and close with minimal supervision, participate in coaching, and grow your career from Shift Leader to General Manager. We offer a flexible schedule, no evenings or nights, and competitive pay with tips.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must possess or be able to acquire ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid state-issued driver’s license and meet driving qualifications as required by policy.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store with little supervision.
• Motivate and coach team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Maintain food quality and a safe, clean store environment.
