Bruegger’s Bagels in Saint Louis Park, MN, is hiring a Shift Leader to support the General Manager, coach the team, and ensure a great guest experience. This role involves opening/closing the store and maintaining quality and cleanliness throughout shifts.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma, ServSafe certification, and the ability to work varied hours including early mornings. Competitive hourly rate and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must possess or obtain ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid state driver's license preferred or required at certain locations.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
