Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.

• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Driver’s license preferred at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Support GM to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Maintain food and beverage quality and a clean, safe store.
• Grow within the company; Shift Leaders can advance to GM roles.
