Job summary

Bruegger's Enterprises, Inc. in Brecksville, OH is seeking a Shift Leader to guide our team and ensure a great guest experience. You will partner with the General Manager to motivate staff, open and close the store, and uphold food safety and cleanliness standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, being 18+, ability to work varied hours including early shifts, and passing background checks. ServSafe certification and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid driver’s license (preferred at some locations).
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility subject to position guidelines at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to set morale and tone of the team.
