The role requires a high school diploma, 18+ years of age, ServSafe certification, and a valid driver’s license where required. Expect varied shifts, including early hours and weekends, with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license (preferred but location dependent).
• Be able to work varied hours, including early hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Keep quality of food and beverages high and ensure a safe, clean store environment.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members as needed.
