Job summary

Taco Bell franchisee is seeking a Shift Leader to support the RGM by running strong shifts and taking ownership of daily operations. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth shift execution while managing team performance and ensuring safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic math skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills; strong analytical/decision-making ability.
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs; stand 80% of shift time.
• Background checks run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner.
• Take ownership to solve problems; seek help when appropriate; guide others as needed.
