Taco Bell Franchisee is hiring a Shift Leader to support the RGM and run strong, self-sufficient shifts. You will take ownership, solve problems, and guide teammates while ensuring smooth operations.

Qualifications include 1–3 years supervision in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, basic PC literacy, 18+ years old, and strong math/analytical skills. Background checks and reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills with strong analytical/decision-making.
• Able to walk and lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 80% of shift.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.
