Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Kennesaw, GA is seeking a Shift Leader to motivate the team and ensure a great guest experience. You will open and close the store, coach team members, and maintain a safe, clean environment while upholding quality standards for food and beverages.

Eligible candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma or equivalent, and must be able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends. ServSafe certification is required before leadership training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check.
• ServSafe Certification required prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store.
• Opportunity to grow into General Manager from Shift Leader.
