Einstein Bros. Bagels in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Shift Leader to join our team. You will collaborate with the General Manager to motivate staff and deliver a great guest experience. Open and close shifts with minimal supervision and coach team members to maintain quality and a clean, safe store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work varied hours, including early shifts (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must obtain ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training completion.
• Possession of a valid driver's license preferred/required at certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Lead and coach team members, provide feedback, and set the morale and tone.
• Open and close the store with little supervision.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and keep a safe, clean environment.
• Grow in the role; many leaders started as Shift Leaders or Team Members.
