Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Team Members across all stations during your shift.
• Drive speed of service, accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cash control, security procedures, and inventory accuracy.
• Coach Team Members to raise performance.
• Review shift results and spot opportunities to improve.
• Uphold brand standards and step in on the floor when needed.
