Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader to drive daily operations and lead a dynamic team. This full-time role offers paid training, internal growth opportunities, and a pathway to management within a fast-paced car wash environment.

Starting pay ranges from $17 to $19 per hour plus biweekly tips, with benefits including insurance and a company-sponsored 401(k). You’ll be on your feet, coordinating tasks, and delivering excellent service to customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations and oversee team activities.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Assist customers with wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Complete incident reports and operation documentation.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Open and close the store procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and wash quality.
• Foster a positive, team-focused work environment.
