Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to guide daily operations, mentor team members, and ensure exceptional guest service. This full-time role offers starting pay of $17–$19 per hour plus biweekly tips, paid training, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Must pass a background check.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation, ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment
