Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader for the 0000 shift. Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips, with paid training and promotion opportunities. We offer flexible scheduling, performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• Previous leadership or customer-service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Pass background check required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
