Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader (Full-time) in Lexington, KY. Starting pay ranges from $15 to $17 per hour plus biweekly tips. This role leads the daily shift, trains staff, and ensures top-notch customer service and wash operations.

You will supervise a team, handle customer concerns, and help with safety, opening/closing, and documentation. Paid training and growth opportunities are offered in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
