WhiteWater Express Car Wash in Keller, TX, is hiring a Shift Leader for a full-time, fast-paced role. Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips.

Paid training and promotional opportunities are offered to help you advance into leadership positions within the company. This role involves supervising daily shift operations, coaching the team, ensuring safety and quality, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Available evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment
