Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash in Richmond, TX seeks a full-time Shift Leader to drive daily shift operations and lead the team on active, fast-paced days. You’ll supervise colleagues, assist with customer service, and help maintain wash quality while promoting safety and efficiency.

This role offers paid training and a starting pay of $15–$17/hour plus biweekly tips, with opportunities for bonuses and advancement as the company grows. Be part of a dynamic, customer-focused team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Available evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
