Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader in a fast-paced car wash environment. This full-time role leads a team, ensures smooth shift operations, and delivers excellent customer service while promoting safety and efficiency.

You will train staff, oversee daily tasks, handle customer concerns, and help customers select wash packages. Strong leadership and reliability are essential for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Available evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment
