They lead the shift team by directing crew, assigning positions, and managing floor operations to deliver fast, friendly, accurate service across drive-thru, counter, kiosk, mobile order, and curbside.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift team by directing crew members, assigning positions and managing floor operations to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Monitor throughput, order accuracy, food quality and hospitality across all service channels (drive-thru, front counter, kiosk, mobile, curbside).
• Enforce food safety procedures, time/temperature controls, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness; document incidents and resolve guest concerns.
