Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader (Full-time) to manage daily operations at our Cincinnati location in Arkansas. You’ll lead a small team, deliver outstanding customer service, and keep operations running smoothly on each shift.

Starting pay is $15–$17/hour plus biweekly tips. We provide paid training, flexible scheduling, and clear paths to promotion within a fast-growing company with a 401(k) with company match and health benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
