Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Shift Leader (Full-time) to drive operations and lead a fast-paced team. Starting pay is $15–$17/hour plus biweekly tips, with flexible shifts and immediate hiring.

This role offers paid training, opportunities for promotion, and a supportive, team-oriented environment as you grow into leadership. You’ll supervise daily tasks, ensure customer service, and help keep the site running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• No prior car wash experience required; paid training provided.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shift.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and oversee the team.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and assist with opening/closing.
