WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader to drive the shift, support a team, and grow your career. Starting pay is $15-$17/hour plus biweekly tips, with paid training and opportunities to advance.

This full-time, on-site role offers a fast-paced environment, flexible scheduling, promotion opportunities, and a chance to lead daily operations while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining wash quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused environment.
