Job summary

KFC in Carrollton, Texas is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to energize the team, uphold KFC Connect Success routines, and ensure guest satisfaction through effective supervision of Team Members and restaurant operations.

You will partner with the Restaurant General Manager to oversee cash handling, inventory, training, and safety, while delivering quality service during busy shifts and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience; 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Able to move and handle up to 50 lbs. as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute KFC Connect Success Routine and prioritize customer needs.
• Oversee Team Members' shift task completion and appearance.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Provide feedback to the RGM on performance.
• Train Team Members and resolve conflicts with the RGM.
• Assist in screening Team Member candidates.
• Support Profit & Loss management, cash control, inventory and labor.
• Supervise product preparation, rotation, portions, cooking and holding times.
• Assist RGM with facility maintenance and health & safety standards.
