Job summary
KFC in Grapevine, Texas is seeking a Shift Leader to drive daily operations, coach team members, and uphold KFC standards. You will lead shifts, resolve guest concerns, and partner with management to support restaurant initiatives.

Qualifications
- 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
- Needs strong leadership and people-management abilities.
Responsibilities
- Execute KFC Connect Success Routine to keep customers satisfied.
- Oversee Team Members' shift tasks and maintain neat appearances.
- Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
- Provide regular feedback to the RGM on Team Member performance.
- Offer ongoing constructive feedback to Team Members.
- Actively participate in training Team Members.
- Handle conflicts with guidance from the RGM.
- Assist the RGM in screening Team Member candidates.
- Assist with cash control, inventory, and labor management for P&L.
- Oversee product prep, rotation, portioning, cooking and holding times.
- Assist RGM with facility maintenance and health & safety standards.
