Qualifications

• 1 year restaurant/retail experience; 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Able to move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Connect Success Routine to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Oversee shift tasks and maintain clean, neat appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Provide feedback to RGM on performance.
• Offer constructive feedback to Team Members.
• Assist with training Team Members.
• Handle conflicts constructively with RGM.
• Assist with screening Team Member candidates.
• Assist with labor, inventory and cash controls.
• Oversee product preparation, rotation and holding times.
• Support facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
