Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members during each shift and communicate shift goals and priorities.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational and sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health standards; assist with scheduling and cash handling as assigned.
