Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.
• Strong communication and team building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift and set the tone with a positive attitude.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real time and escalate guest concerns as needed.
• Oversee store operations on designated shifts and ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
• Rings up guests, manages inventory, and supports promotional communication.
