RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team on each shift, driving guest satisfaction and store performance. You will coach staff, handle cash, stock, and cleanliness, and ensure health and safety standards are met. A strong leader with 2–3 years in retail or food service is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a winning team on your shift and set a positive tone.
• Provide direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real time and address guest concerns professionally.
• Train and guide team to meet service, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee inventory, write-offs, cash wrap, and promotions; ensure shift alignment.
