Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking a Shift Lead to support the management team and lead a crew of 2–5 per shift. This position offers an hourly wage of $17 to $18 plus tips and a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, ensuring high quality food, and delivering the Jersey Mike’s experience. Must have 1 year QSR experience and Serve Safe certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 Year QSR experience
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler a plus
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
