Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set a cheerful, can-do tone to motivate the team.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time and offer guidance during shifts.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalate when necessary.
• Train and guide the team to meet service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee store processes including inventory, cash wrap, and compliance documentation.
• Lead shift change communication and ensure team alignment throughout the day.
• Relay updates from leadership to shift associates and monitor task completion.
