RaceTrac is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced store team and drive daily operations. You will set the tone, motivate staff, coach on the floor, and ensure health and safety standards are met while delivering outstanding guest service.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time, offering guidance and support during every shift.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
• Train and guide your team to meet RaceTrac’s guest service and food safety standards.
• Oversee inventory, checkout, and promotional communication, ensuring accuracy.
