RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager who leads by example in a fast-paced store environment. You’ll motivate team members, ensure smooth food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling, and set a positive tone for guests.

You’ll coach associates in real time, address guest concerns with empathy, and drive operational excellence by enforcing inventory accuracy, promotions, and compliance. The role offers growth through internal promotion and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
