Job summary

Chicken Salad Chick in Cumming, GA seeks a Team Leader to assist the GM and AM in running daily restaurant operations, delivering superb guest experiences and maintaining an energetic, productive work environment during shifts.

You will help manage guest service and shift operations, train hourly team members, uphold food safety standards, and ensure schedules, records and promotions are handled in line with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM and AM in daily restaurant operations within budget.
• Ensure compliance with food standards, procedures and policies.
• Follow dining room, service area and kitchen procedures.
• Train and counsel hourly team members on shift.
• Provide the highest level of hospitality and service to guests.
• Coach team members during shifts and manage scheduling.
• Maintain personnel records and shift reports.
• Prepare and maintain administrative and financial records as directed.
• Present promotions and marketing plans during shifts.
• Maintain restaurant hours during shifts and ensure safety compliance.
• Decide on team member assignments and disciplinary actions (as needed).
• Coordinate with GM/AM on hiring/terminations and purchases beyond normal needs.
