Job summary

Chicken Salad Chick is seeking a Team Leader at our Roswell, GA location to support the GM and AM in operating a high-standard restaurant. You will oversee guest service, shift management, and ensure adherence to food quality, safety, and company procedures.

The role requires leadership in training hourly team members, maintaining schedules, and managing shift operations while delivering a superb guest experience and meeting financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Restaurant environment experience preferred.
• Shift Leader training may be provided by corporate training.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM and AM in daily restaurant operations within budget.
• Ensure compliance with food quality standards and procedures.
• Follow dining room, service area and kitchen procedures.
• Train and counsel hourly team members during shifts.
• Provide superb guest hospitality and service at all times.
• Coach team members during shifts as needed.
• Maintain personnel records, schedules and reports.
• Prepare and maintain administrative and financial records as directed by GM.
• Ensure promotions and marketing plans are executed per company procedures.
• Maintain restaurant hours during shifts.
• Ensure safety and sanitation compliance with regulations.
• Make decisions on staffing, discipline, and shift execution; defer to GM/AM for higher-stakes hiring and purchases.
