Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting preferred.
• Must meet state Food Safety requirements and pass a Food Safety Certification.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment with strong communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer-first mindset.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts and assign tasks efficiently.
• Monitor security procedures and back-of-house standards.
• Count drawers and follow cash handling procedures.
• Prepare sandwiches, salads, soups, and other items with quality and speed.
• Restock food lines and manage inventory as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, floors, and kitchen equipment.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues.
• Operate cash register and balance cash at end of shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
