Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring for a Restaurant Shift Leader at Hardee’s. You will train to operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager, drive sales while maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness, and focus on profitability.

Responsibilities include supervising shifts, training crew, managing labor costs, and enforcing safety and security policies to ensure a safe, compliant environment. Growth opportunities and competitive pay await.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent (1 year of shift management experience).
• Possibly valid Driver's License.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and crew.
