Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader for its Hardee’s locations. You will train for the Shift Leader role, supervise shifts, and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness while focusing on profitability and operating standards.

You will develop and coach crew, lead shift meetings, manage labor costs, inventory, and reporting, and ensure cash controls, safety, and professional appearance on every shift. Join a team that values service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain the company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of management.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and crew; assist with crew duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss operations, promotions, safety, and training.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standard.
• Control inventory to meet company GAP standard.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment with proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Responsible for all cash when in charge of a shift including bank deposits.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standard and displays professionalism.
• Enforce HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies to provide a safe environment.
• Represent BNE as a professional in all performance aspects.
