Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader for Hardee’s. You will train and lead the crew, supervise shifts, and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness while focusing on profitability and standards.

You’ll ensure adherence to HR, safety, and sanitation policies, manage labor and inventory, and demonstrate leadership by example. Great opportunities for advancement exist within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid driver’s license.
• Enjoy fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and crew.
• Conduct pre-shift crew meetings and discuss procedures.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Ensure cash handling procedures and safety policies are followed.
