Job summary

Wingstop in Moline, IL is seeking a hands-on Shift Leader to drive daily restaurant operations and guest satisfaction. You will act as Manager on Duty, coach teammates in real time, and uphold brand standards across Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

You’ll lead front-of-house and kitchen during shifts, optimize staffing, monitor SOS and ticket times, and ensure food safety and sanitation compliance while delivering fast, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or shift leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage restaurant operations during shifts as MOD.
• Deploy team across kitchen and front of house.
• Drive strong execution during peak and non-peak hours.
• Monitor ticket times, order flow, and Speed of Service (SOS) performance.
• Adjust staffing and manage breaks based on business needs.
• Communicate clear goals and expectations to the team each shift.
• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service on every shift.
• Address and resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
