Rackson Restaurants is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader for our Burger King location in Pennsville Township, NJ. The role requires leading shift operations, supervising team members, managing cash and ensuring guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards.

You must be 18+, have a high school diploma or restaurant management experience, and bring strong English communication skills. Prior fast food experience is required; Spanish helps.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• Previous fast food restaurant experience required.
• Communication in English is required; Spanish comprehension helpful.
• Fundamental math, reading, writing and POS skills.
• Strong leadership skills and professional demeanor under pressure.
• Willing to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations.
• Ability to motivate others, maintain positive attitude, and serve guests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant activities during the shift to ensure smooth operations.
• Interact with guests, supervise staff, and handle cash management.
• Train team members and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and adherence to brand standards.
• Plan shift operations, manage labor costs, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support overall business goals and participate in all duties as needed.
