• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED recommended.
• ServSafe food safety training recommended.
• Shift Leader certification program required.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching, training, and development to team members on shift.
• Monitor and ensure prompt, friendly customer service.
• Ensure menu items prepared and served to standard procedures.
• Maintain cash handling and security procedures.
• Support opening/closing duties and shift reporting.
• Enforce safety and security policies at all times.
• Assist with inventory, deposits, and POS system accuracy.
