Job summary

BURGER KING is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts, driving profitability and guest satisfaction. You will support the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager in managing team performance, shift plans, and service delivery to ensure speed, accuracy, and quality across all stations.

The role requires 1-2 years of quick service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations to drive profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and direct Team Members to improve performance and service quality.
• Ensure accurate food preparation and prompt delivery within speed-of-service guidelines.
• Review restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Uphold operational and brand standards across shifts.
