You will coach team members, assist with food service, stocking, cleaning and cash handling, while driving performance, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety standards. This role offers growth into General or Co-Manager positions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations during each shift.
• Coach team members in real-time and provide guidance.
• Ensure guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
