Job summary

Super Star Car Wash is seeking an energized Shift Manager to lead daily operations, staff, and guest service. You will act as Manager-on-Duty, guide teams, uphold safety and brand standards, and rotate focus areas to build leadership and operational skills.

Requirements include 1 year of supervisory or customer-service experience, strong communication, and a hands-on leadership style. This on-site role offers growth within a growing car wash company with broad benefits.

Qualifications

At least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum 1 year of supervisory or customer-service experience.
Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive results.
High integrity and professionalism.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to motivate, coach, and hold others accountable.
Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Energy, adaptability, and a hands‑on leadership style.

Responsibilities

Lead daily shift execution including staffing, operations, safety, and service standards.
Serve as Manager-on-Duty and resolve guest and team issues with confidence.
Ensure smooth shift transitions through clear communication and follow-through.
Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain operational readiness.
Coach and develop teams through shoulder-to-shoulder guidance and recognition.
Support training completion and promote accountability and engagement.
Model company values; address safety risks and enforce policies.
Maintain brand and cleanliness standards across shifts.
