Super Star Car Wash is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations as Manager-on-Duty, driving guest experience, safety, and team performance across our Texas locations.

You will oversee staffing, coaching, and execution of opening/closing procedures, while upholding brand standards and a culture of accountability. This role suits energetic leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or customer-service experience.
• Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive results.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and hold others accountable.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Energy, adaptability, and a hands-on leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Own daily shift execution, including staffing, business flow, safety, and service standards.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty, resolving guest and team issues with confidence and discretion.
• Ensure smooth shift transitions through clear communication and follow-through.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain operational readiness.
